Creating a magic moment to anyone or with someone is not an easy task. When people send a vibes as they approach you, it can either go from good to better, or bad to worst.

My current position requires me to engage different levels in anyone's life. Yet they always asked how do I manage to stay cool and balance whilst getting very overwhelmed. It's easy really, you live by the moment as it comes to you. You smile, you need to put the customer or anyone at ease, you must engage in small talk and listen to what they have to say. They'll appreciate it.

Never let your sparks burn down. Always create a little magic everyday.
